The short version
This website sets no cookies and contacts no third-party services. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no embedded video player and no social widget. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font network. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. If you send an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, telephone number, dates and message you provide, so that we can reply to you.
We do not build a profile from it, we do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
What we do not collect
We do not record your IP address for analytics, we do not fingerprint your browser, and we do not track you across other websites. This site produces no behavioural data about you, because there is nothing here that generates it.
Booking
Booking is handled by SynXis, the reservation system operated by Sabre. When you check rates or complete a reservation you leave this website for theirs, and their privacy notice governs what happens from that point. Payment details are entered on their system and never reach this site.
Enquiries sent from this site are delivered to our own inboxes by Amazon Simple Email Service. Email is not a secure medium — please do not send card numbers, identity documents or anything else sensitive through a web form or by email.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to answering you and to any booking that follows, and are then deleted. Reservations themselves are held in the booking system under its own retention rules.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to reservations@tildenhotel.com and we will respond.
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. The date reflects when the text last changed, not when the page was last rebuilt.
